BBA in International Hotel Management with Hotel Design & Project Management, 2013 – Les Roches Switzerland
Aditya is the Founder and Owner of Vedge, a restaurant experience which offers contemporary global cuisine in Mumbai, India.
He graduated from the BBA with honors and merit in 2013, and then returned to India with a vision of starting something on his own. After conducting extensive research, he found a niche in the market for global new-age vegetarian cuisine, aimed primarily at young India. Countering the idea that vegetarian food is boring, Vedge aims to make it fun and adventurous, to push people’s palate boundaries with hand-crafted dishes from an all-day vegetarian eatery.
On his education, Aditya says: “Les Roches produces well-qualified hospitality individuals. I reached a potential, where I wasn’t even aware I could make it. Plus, the hotel design and project management course specialization, for me was the excellent choice. The course specialization has helped me in creating the brand Vedge.”
